cannot vmotion VM after migration of VCto 4.1

We're migrating to vsphere 4.1 from ESX3.5

We have first migrated VC 2.5 to vcenter 4.1 .

Opened the vcenter all seems fine .

Then we tried to vmotion VM from the first host to start Host migration to 4.1 but we got the message the the host has not the VMOTION ( which we used many times off course )

Can anyone help with that ?

just make sure for whatever reason during the upgrade that the "enable vmotion" tick box is checked. It can be found on the configuration tab of the hostnetworking properties

I had checked that setting , and it was set .

However I unchecked/checked it back and it worked .

Seems like a little bug
