Where's the Host update utility?

I just installed Vsphere client and never got the choice to install the host update utility. Where is it?

its available only with vSphere Client 4.0 and its update releases.

vSphere Host Update Utility is not available in vSphere 4.1.

VCP3, VCP4, RHCE, EMCPA

As already other member asked, any particular reason Host update utility removed in vsphere 4.1.

Is like VUM more than enough?
