Vsphere & vcenter 4.1 to 5.1 upgrade plan

Hi Guys.

We need to upgrade the our virtual Producation enviroment from ESXI4.1 to ESXI5.1 with vcenter.

Kindly provide steps to migragte steps by steps and backup plan

we have HP G7 series hardware

1. Vcenter sql delvelor edition database.

Thanks  for reply.

I can see that pdf is showing that upgrade ESXi 4.1 to 5.0. But we need to upgrade the ESXI 4.1 to 5.1 version.

Is this pdf  applicable for ESXI5.1 version as well.
