Vsphere Client/Vcenter and Datastore

Hello,

Is there a way to find out which were the last 5 virtual machines which were migrated on a specific datastore?

Thank you for your help,

Kind Regards,

Garish

I see. That would mean SDRS is disabled.

So you need to find out which machines have been moved manually?

The quickest and best way would probably be to query the vCenter database. Within the DB, the word "relocate" refers to a datastore migration. The database is vcdb.dbo.VPX_TASK.

Yes. Using the vSphere Client, login and select Inventory -> Datastores and Datastore Clusters.

Select the Cluster that contains your specific datastore, then select the Storage DRS tab and finally click History.

Unless you have numerous datastores in your cluster, you should be able to easily see the last 5 migrations on a specific datastore.
