Vcentersrv update 4.1 to 5.0

I have Vcenterserver in version 4.1 and I want to update it to 5.0. It stands on the Windows Server 2008 R2 and database SQLSERVER 2008 Express. Is the installation of the current database will be updated or may be installed fresh instance of the database. Please General info how to make the update. Thank you, I greet

You have to do fresh installation of vCenter5, see Supported DB updates - MSSQL2088 Express

When I backup(datamigration) the database and configuration  VCENTERSERVER as I get an error in the Annex?
