Hi All,

Please advise me how to resolve this issue.

my environment information as below:

Host A : CPU is X5660, EVC disable, v4.0 U2, standalone, doesn't join cluster.

Host B : CPU is E5640, EVC disable, v4.0 U2, joined  VM HA cluster.

scenario: migrate a vm from host A to host B, i got a error message as following picture.

you will need to enable enhanced vmotion in the cluster. have a look here: http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1003212

EVC is a cluster function.

So you have to add the first host to a EVC cluster and enable same baseline of the HA and EVC cluster of the other hosts.
