VMWare environment upgrade

Hello,

We are running 7 hosts on ESXi 5.0 with vCenter 5.0. Total 200 virtual machines are running on them.

Now we want to upgrade Hosts and vCenter server to 5.5. Kindly anyone guide me about the steps required in the migration process step by step? SQL for vCenter is also installed on the same vCenter server. We also have VMWare Update Manager 5.0 installed in our environment.

I will recommend you take a look at the following KB articles and remember that first you will need upgrade the vCenter Server and then the vSphere ESXi hosts:
