VCAP 6 - AUTO DEPLOY - ESXi Host not showing up in vCenter once Auto deploy done

Hello,

I've done all the pre-requites for Auto Deploy.

The ESXi hosts are reading the image from the TFTP server and it loads perfectly on Workstation as well as a VM on vCenter.

I'm using (vcsa and vSphere) 6.0 and I've managed to Auto Deploy ESXi 6.5 (did not have the older version bundles)

My VCSA is a VM on one of my hosts.

Problem: Once the Auto deploy is done, the ESXi host does not show up on vCenter.

Can someone please help with this?? I can't proceed further.

Let me know if you need more details too.
