Upgrading Vcentre 4.0 to Vcentre 4.1u1

Hi i'll be upgrading our existing vcentre 4.0 initial built to vcentre 4.1u1 are there any steps or advise on how to perform this or can i just pop in the cd and let the vcentre wizard takes over.

I'm running the vcentre on win2k8r2 with sql2008r2 64bit

You can download the upgrade zip here: http://downloads.vmware.com/d/details/esx41u1/ZHcqYnRlQHBiZCpwdw==

It's included in the ESX 4.1 update 1 download.

There's a best practice KB for upgrading vCenter and ESX/ESXi to 4.1 here: http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1022104
