Upgrading Free ESXi 4.1 to Free ESXi 5.0

I was reading here that the upgrade process is simple - just boot up off the CD, choose upgrade, and choose that I want to preserve my existing VM's.

I have only one VM on my ESXi server now so that's not too big a problem.

Is the above procedure correct for the *free* version (5) of ESXI?

Thank you, as always.

Yes. Don't forget to register for a free v5.0 licence key for the new version!
