I have a question. I don't understand what is upgrade path from VMware vSphere Essentials Plus ?
If I want to have for example FT in VM vSphere Essential Plus can i buy something to upgrade or I must buy
VM.. vS.. Enterprise Plus?

According to http://www.vmware.com/files/pdf/vsphere_pricing.pdf (page 9) you can upgrade to any of the vSphere Acceleration Kits with an active SnS.
