Upgrade from vCenter 2.5 to vSphere 5

Good day,

We are upgrading to vSphere 5 from VC 2.5, I was wondering if anyone had any tips, lessons learned, VMware documentation on how to perform the upgrade, etc...

The upgrade guide can help you: You can upgrade VirtualCenter 2.5 Update 6 or later and vCenter Server  4.0.x to vCenter Server 5.0 by installing vCenter Server 5.0 on a new  machine and migrating the existing database.
