Upgrade from ESXi 6.5U3 to 6.7U3 failed

Hello

we have a Cisco UCS 240 and are trying to upgrade our VMware ESXi 6.5U3 to 6.7U3. However we are getting the error message below:

<MISSING_DEPENDENCY_ERROR:

Found=['Cisco_Systems_Inc._bootbank_ucs-tool-esci_1.0.0-1OEM']

Expected=[] These vibs on the host are missing dependency if

continue to upgrade. Remove these vibs before upgrade or use

Image Builder to resolve this missing dependency issue.>

Error print screen is also attached.

Can anynone please advise?

You can remove the mentioned vibs and try again.

Anyway, you can update by offline bundle via the below commands: At first get the image profile then apply it.

For example:

esxcli software sources profile list -d /vmfs/volumes/datastore1/update-from-esxi6.7-6.7_update02.zip

esxcli software profile update -d /vmfs/volumes/datastore1/update-from-esxi6.7-6.7_update02.zip -p ESXi-6.7.0-20190402001-standard -f
