Upgrade VCSA from 6.0 to 6.5 Failed Firstboot

Good Morning Support,

i try to upgrade to vers 6.5 my vcsa 6.0, but at the step 2 i have this error:

VMware VirtualCenter failed firstboot.

An error occurred while starting service 'vpxd'

Can you help me?? i try to restart migration but i have the same error

Just got off the phone with support about the same issue except I'm going from vCenter 6.0 on Windows to vCSA 6.5. He mentioned that there are a lot of these issues showing up in the support calls they are getting from customers. It sounds like they may have some bugs to work out.
