iw123 thanks for links, it's really helpful.
But i want to know the possibility to do this in the first place with PowerCLI.
Because by unknown reason i don't have Upgrade Manager in my vSphere client.
I am not quite sure if you can use PowerCLI to update to ESXi 5.0, Alternativey you can vihostupdate to perform the upgrade
Check KB2004501 for the methods of upgrading
Thanks for advice.
I have been done upgrade with help Update Manager plugin in vSphere client.
