Upg ESX3.5U4 to ESX4iU2 - license keys

Greetings,

I'm upgrading from ESX3.5U4 to vSphere. My license kays are upgrade in the license portal. Do I combine all my CPU licenses into a single license key for use on all ESX hosts or do I split/combine them so that each host has a unique license key. The answer is probably "Whatever...." but are there any gotchas which anyone has learned from experience.

You will have to split them out since the license server no longer exist in vSphere -
