The picture from vSphere Client (C# version) shows that you're using a incorrect login, use administrator@vpshere.local instead of administrator@vspere.local.

For the other two pictures, using the vSphere Web Client, can you confirm if you're using the user administrator@vsphere.local or a Administrator of your Active Directory domain.

Once logged in vSphere Web Client with administrator@vsphere.local check if you can grant permission to domain users on vCenter Server, check this blog post: http://www.mikelaverick.com/2013/11/back-to-basics-post-configuration-of-vcenter-5-5-install-web-cli...

As stated above. In the first screenshot the username is wrong.

Also secondly I have seen an issue kind of similar to this before, providing you correct the username error and are still unable to login.

Confirm that the virtualcenter server service has started correctly. This would cause the issue where you can login to the vSphere webclient but are unable to see any listed vcenter servers.

Couple of questions:  These will help to understand the scenario exactly

1) Are you trying to access vSphere client locally from vCenter or remotely?

2) Is it fresh vCenter installation or did you perform any upgrade recently from 5.x?

3) If you are accessing it remotely - share the OS Version (32 or 64 bit?)

4) If you complain about Inventory is empty - SQL DB is reachable but is it healthy (performance wise)?

5) All the vCenter related services are running?
