Dear All,

i am trying to register license key for ESXI host on UCS server.

i have license key but when i register in the customer portal i get the below error:

This is not a valid Serial Number/License Activation Code
Please include all hyphens and do not add blank spaces.

how to solve this issue.

Every  Major Release ESXi Version have it "own" license key. Are you sure your Key matched to the installed ESXi Version?

Once in a life time i see the problem that i was unable to enter the Key within the ESXi gut. But doing it on the command line works well.
