The procedure for SQL Express upgrade to SQL 2005 for VC4.1

Hi,

  Weeks ago, I successfully upgrade the VC to 4.1 with the bundled SQL Express. But now I need to expend the VC to record more log of View.  So a DB upgrade from SQL Express to SQL 2005/2008 is reqired.

  I am totally not familiar with SQL, could someone provide the detail steps or procedure for the database SQL upgrade in VC 4.1 ?
