The Small Footprint CIM Broker Daemon (SFCBD) is running, but no data has been reported.

After upgrade ESXI to version 703.0.0.10.10.0-12 with an HPE custom ISO (HPE-Custom-AddOn_703.0.0.10.10.0-12) we cannot check the health status within the Vmware GUI.
When we go to Monitor - Hardware Health - Storage no data about the Raid and disk status apppears.

The following message appears:

The Small Footprint CIM Broker Daemon (SFCBD) is running, but no data has been reported. You may need to install a CIM provider for your storage adapter.

The server is a HPE DL380 G10 (no cluster/ single node)

Is this a common issue? How can we fix this?

For now we have an alternative way to do the health check with ssl (CLI) but it would be nice to check the storage from the GUI again.

/opt/smartstorageadmin/ssacli/bin/ssacli ctrl slot=0 all show status.

Comments

I have disabled CIM providers on all my servers. Somehow these Providers causing ESXi freeze.
