Hi!

Can I make VC to log more details when i for example remove or add a NIC?

example:

When I add NIC to a VM,tasks and events tab log this message 'Reconfigured virtual machine'.Is it posible to for VC to log 'Reconfigured virtual machine--added second NIC' or something like that.Details tab gives me nothing.

I don´t think it can be done at VCenter level, but for sure if you go to the machine vmwarelog...should be there

I think such statements are wrote down in the vcenterdb, so I think it is not easy to change and not recommended by vmware!!
