Slow upgrade from ESXi 5.5 to 6

i am trying to upgrade from ESXi 5.5 to 6 using update manager, but it taking too much time more than 4 hours

i have HP BL460c Gen9 .

is there is solution ?

In first time is very slow and it depends on your hardware but it can vary widely. I recommend you this documentation it's helpful.
