Simple Licensing question esx4 to 4.1

Hello everyone,

Does Upgrading from ESX 4.0 to 4.1 requires any license update? In the environment i have ESX4 enterprise license and I am planning to upgrade ESXi 4.1 Do i have to renew or get new license for that? or can i just use the current licenses?
