Register Partner Activation Code failed

Hi,

I'm trying to register a Partner Activation Code we received from HP (vSpehre STD 1P license) but when I go to http://www.vmware.com/code/hp and enter the code I receive the following error at the end of the registration process: "ERROR : VM-OEM-25000: Address information is mandatory"

Any idea why is this happening?

Check you login profile data.

Probably there is a missing field.

Then retry the registration.

Yes, following AndreTheGiant's advice I filled out all the fields in my profile and was successful after that.
