Prevent Guests starting on Host power up

Hi,

In VI3 there used to be an option to tell a guest not to start if the Host powers back on after a power cut etc, didnt there? How can i perform this action in the Vsphere client? We basically have a couple of VMs which are also physical, but at the moment they are only standby images so i dont want them to start.

Configuration -> Virtual Machine Startup/Shutdown -> Property -> tick "Allow virtual machine to start and stop automatically -> Move your VMs to "Manual"
