We have recently upgraded to VSphere and upgraded VMware Tools and Hardware to version 7
On 2 Windows Vista machines and one Windows 7 box, we are now unable to remote desktop in until we reboot these machines and in the summary for these vm's, it says VMware tools not running.
After a reboot they are fine to Remote Desktop into and the VM tools say they are running. It just seems as if the Tools time out for no reason but it causes RD to fail
XP vm's are fine
Tried a reinstall of VM Tools
Can't seem to find anyone else with this issue. We have no other issues with other O/S's
