Possible to use HA with vCenter Server 4 Foundation?

Just to know it for sure before buying the software, this short question:

Is it possible to use high availability with vCenter Server 4 Foundation?

The absolutely only differences with vCenter Server 4 Standard are:

vCenter Orchestrator

vCenter Server Linked Mode

A maximum of 3 hosts for vCenter Foundation

Is this right?

You can use HA, VMotion, SVMotion, FT, ...

But you need also the ESX license for each of those producs (the same case of vCenter Server "standard").
