No Network Adapters

Good morning everyone. I'm trying to install vSphere 8 Trial on my Hp Z800 PC, I also installed a PR-LINK Gigabit TG-3468 network card as well as having two other working network cards already present in the motherboard. at the end of the initial boot it gives me the error "No Network Adampters", attached the photos of the screens.
Could you help me please?

Note that ESXi isn't intended for end-user hardware.
