New install Vsphere and vcenter

This may seem pretty basic but I have not run across this before and Vsphere threw me for a loop with changing the licensing.

I have a new install I am working on. First question is ISCSI available with the Evaluation Mode license? It does not appear so to me.

If not then the second issue is the client want's a new active directory domain. Can I install vcenter without being part of any active directory domain and do all the licensing from there?

i believe the eval is fully functional. you need to enable the iSCSI intiator under storage adapters.

vCenter does not need to be a member of the domain, and also in vsphere there is no license server like with 3.5

Evaluation includes all, it equals Enterprise Plus for 60 days.

The evaluation is fully functional for a period of 60 days, if by "the Client" you mean vCenter. this is expected as the vCenter now installs a ADAM datastore as part of its install. it is not Active Directory. futher there is no requirement for vCenter server to be a member of an Active Directory Domain.
