I assume you are talking about a single host with no Update Manager in place!? Please take a look at http://communities.vmware.com/people/vmroyale/blog/2011/09/15/updating-esxi-5--single-use-esxcli-how... which explains how to do this in detail.

If you want to perform patched without VUM you can use ESXCLI, I have written a post on how to perform this

I downloaded this iso to upgrade my Host with the version ESXi 5.0.0, 469512, I get the message attached,

I tried to upgarde via Upgrade Plugin,

The iso I installed is in a attachment too,

From the screen shot you attached it looks like you tried to apply a "Host Upgrade Baseline" to the ESXi 5.0 host instead of a "Patch Baseline"!? Unless you download the patches automatically, you can download the latest patch bundle from http://www.vmware.com/patchmgr/download.portal and upload it to the Update Manager.
