Hi,
Looking to create new dVS on a version supported on ESXi 7.x (dVS version >=6.5.0) and then migrate current vmkernel and virtual machine networking across. I need to migrate in a phased approach as will need to use the same uplinks as currently in use on the current dVS. Is the process the same as migrating from standard switches as per Migrating from Standard to Distributed vSwitch (vmware.com) albeit with a slight different process to remove uplink from current switch etc?
