Migrating existing VCenter 4.1 vm to different physical host

Hi there, We have upgraded our VCenter from 4.0 to 4.1 on 64bit Windows. Running builtin MS express db etc. We now need to move it to another physical machine.The datamigration app does not seem to help and fails on the prereqs. We have prepared another 64bit windows VM on the new physical machine but we are stuck as to what to do next. Is there a doc or a KB on this migration path? So far we have drawn a blank. I don't understand this statement. Are you rebuilding your vCenter Server using a remote DB, or are you rebuilding vCenter using the SQL Express option?

Hi we solved it by using VmWare Converter to move the VCenter VM from one physical host to another.
