We currently have a 4.0 cluster in one state that eventually we will upgrade to 4.1. We have a new company we are getting ready to virtualize in another state and I was thinking of creating the esx cluster as 4.1. It will be completely seperate from our cluster - different database, storage everything. Will I be able to manage the new 4.1 cluster with my current client or will I have to upgrade my client? If I upgrade my client to work with 4.1 will i still be able to manage my 4.0 cluster? OR can i have two VM clients running on the same desktop?
