Making VMware vSphere architecture work

Hello all experts!

I have downloaded -- VMware ESXi Installable & *VMware

vCenter Server which complete the VMware vSphere architecture ...now

what next should I do to get them working...?*

You could begin with reading the VMware ESX 4, Update 1, Getting Started Guide and then the VMware ESX 4 and vCenter 4 Installation Guide, Update 1. This will prepare you for installing the software what of course will be the next step.
