Mac OS X Ventura Can't Access ESXi 8 Host Client web UI

An x86 Mac laptop running OS X 13.x (Ventura) can ping and SSH to a new ESXi 8 server but cannot get a valid response back from the Host Client web UI.  Running tcpdump on the Mac, I do see the 3-way handshake completes so it is talking to the ESXi host.  I get similar results with Chrome, Firefox and Safari on the Mac laptop.

An older x86 Mac laptop running OS X 10.x (Catalina) *can* successfully talk to the ESXi 8 Host Client web UI.  If I SSH to the ESXi 8 server and look at /var/log/*.log content, it appears to be an issue with rhttpproxy and SSL certs.  I'm guessing there is no overlap between allowed ciphers on the laptop/browser and the server.

Has anyone else come across this and any suggestions on what config settings to try to change on either end to get the Ventura laptop to be able to connect?

Thanks,
David Goldsmith

I assume you mean for example from Safari using a url similar to https://esxservername/ui/#/login

If so, this is working fine for me with Ventura 13.2 on an Intel MacBook Pro. I upgraded our V7 host to ESXi 8 last week. I had already upgraded to Ventura 13.2 prior to the ESXi upgrade.
