Login issues after upgrade vCenter 5.5

hi guys

After upgrading vCenter Appliance to 5.5 I am not longer able to login using Active Directory users any idea why?

root works OK but no AD users

Identity source is created and set as default and still not working I get the error message below.

cannot complete login due to an incorrent user name or password

Are you getting this error in vSphere Client? or the Web Client?

Have you tried logging in with Domain\Username or username@Domain format?

If you have more than one identity source, you have to set only one as default domain.

Yes I configure the Indenty source in the Web Client it was already configured in fact since it was an upgrade but I removed it and I added it  back same issue

yeah I tried user@domain and domain\user not go
