installing VCSA 6.5, I Cant to connect for stage 2 this is the message "the installer is unable to connect the vcenter server appliance management interface vcsa 6.5" I don´t have to access for IP but DNS is ok.
Check if port 5480 for the new vcsa IP is reachable from the machine where you are trying to deploy..

I agree with msripada, it sounds like a firewall policy is blocking your access to the port #.
I was able to fix the issue after rebooting the vCSA server then continue with https://xx.xx.xx.xx:5480.
