Sorry forgot to attach the linkthat i refer
Maybe you can tried with CTRL+ALT+F1 or F2 or F3...
But I've never tried.
I suggest to use ESXi instead of ESX, so you can simple delete the datastore and rebuild with the desider block size.
Or install ESXi on a USB key to use all the disk space for datastore.

When you perform ALT + F2 during installation, that will be able to edit in weasel folder ( fsset.py ), after finish edit the block MB size on fsset.py, you just run /bin/weasel which able to go back into graphical installation. Then press CTRL + ALT + F3.
Thank Anrew, ths is the pduction server i need to install. so cant use ESXi.I start graphical installtion and press Alt+F2 then it go it test mode but in seconds it back to graphical mode again. we can't do any changes tha time.I am using Workstation 7 fordoing this testing
A licensed ESXi can be used in production... Or better must be used
Next version will be only ESXi based, so it's time to migrate to this type of hypervisor.
