Where would we find the installation packages for vSphere ESXi 4.1 embedded version?
Does not seemt to be listed on the VMware or IBM site.

There hasn't been a manufacturer specific version of ESXi listed yet. You can use the generic ESXi version and apply the manufacturer specific offline bundle after you have ESXi installed.
