Hi Experts,

How do i check that ESX is 4.1 Update 1.

When i go to Vcenter and check the ESX Server summary oprtion.

It says ESX 4.1, 381591.

I Think 381591 is build.

How do i check whether my esx is ESX 4.1, Update 1.

Whether build 381591 is included in update 1.

Request help here.

afaik is ESX version 4.1.0, build 381591 the same as 4.1 U1.

Build 381591 refers to the latest patch (ESXi410-201104001). Update 1 is build 348481.

The easiest way to find out about the patches, take a look at the VMware's patch download site at http://www.vmware.com/patchmgr/download.portal. There you will find the build number for each patch and update.
