How can update vmware package to latest version

I have updated my esxi to the latest version VMware ESXi, 7.0.2, 17867351 now want to know does it include the latest version of VMware tools or I have to deploy it on esxi separately ? If I have to deploy it separately do I have to apply this ?

As I know vmware tools package release separately from esxi but now when we install latest version of esxi and click on  vm to install /update vmware tools on that it will be install that so why we need to download and install above package separately ?

With LCM this is quite easy. You do not need to download, but rather create a Baseline for it.
