I know many users have this problem with Windows 7. But I'm running Windows XP. So why am I having "The type initializer for 'VirtualInfrastructure.Utils.HttpWebRequestProxy' threw an exception" when I try to run the Host Upgrade Utility? Any solution for XP users?
