Hardware Status and vCenter Service Status error:please try again in another vSphere session

Hi,after updated to the vcenter server 4.0 sp1,

both Hardware Status and vCenter Service Status report the error:

An error occurred, please try again in another vSphere session

i've read:

all of above is helpless!

i found the error log in C:\ProgramData\VMware\VMware VirtualCenter\Logs\vws.log

and got:

Computing permissions for Administrator

Entity library not found

hasEntityPrivilege: Unknown entity group-d1

User has no privileges.

i use administrator to login to vCenter.

pls help!

BTW:

I followed: http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1010641

modify all hostname to IP address,and set vCenter.vimWebServicesUrl to vcenter IP address.

but the error still appear!!!

my vcenter server installed on Windows 2008.

any help?

Rename or delete the status DB located in:

C:\Program Files\VMware\Infrastructure\tomcat\webapps\vws\data\VcCache-default-0.XhiveDatabase.DB

And restart the "VMware VirtualCenter Management Webservices" service.

i'd try this method,but the error still appear.

i create a new vm for domain controller,then add my vcenter server to this domain.

reinstall a new vcenter server.it's fine.
