i creaed one VM on ESXi3.5 server. on this VM i given Hard Disk Space 30GB. but present ineed to increase this space from 30GB to 100GB. how to do this.
Edit VM settings, select Hard Disk and enter desired size. After that use Dell ExtPart utility to extend Windows partition.
But you can not extend Hard disk if VM has snapshots, so you have to delete (commit) all snapshots before.

Another solution, but more slower, is use VMware Converter and make a V2V changing the partition size.
This could be very useful if you need to reduce a vmdk size.
