I'm trying to configure a setup using HP bl490c g7 with Emulex CNA cards, Cisco Nexus 5548 and Netapp.
The blade chassis is connected to Cisco Nexus using pass-through modules.
I have installed ESX4i U1 on the blade server and included to proper drivers for the CNA.
Both "parts" of the card comes up, but only the network card works normally. I have configured a FC LUN on the Netapp and related this to an igroup.
The strange thing is that the Nexus sees the WWPN from the CNA on the blade, so does the Netapp.
Running "show flogi database" on the Nexus prints out the WWPN on the blade.
Running "storage topology show" also prints out the WWPN on the blade as well as the FC port on the Nexus.
Does anyone have any experiece with this setup?
