Error uploading ISO to Update Manger

I'm trying to setup a Baseline to update 4.0 to 4.1 and I get the following:

Any ideas?

Yes vCenter and VUM have to go first. vCenter4.0 cannot manage a ESX4.1 Host anyway.

I assume both your vCenter and VUM instaces have been updated to the 4.1 release? I had this happen awhile back. I think for me what fixed it was a restart of the vCenter Server and VUM services.

Nope, I was just trying to update one of my hosts before I got into all of that. UM and VC have to be updated first?
