Error parsing the server "SERVER IP" "clients.xml" file ...

Hi

I got this error in our v-sphere client. The affected nodes is

Error parsing the server "SERVER IP" "clients.xml" file ...

a. Windows XP SP3

b. Windows 2003 SP2

I doubt the patches installed after the roll-out. Basically we roll-out the all patches need in the workstation and server

After that the system is screw ...

It's seem may be the .Net 3.5 SP1 cause the issus ? ?? , I have no idea what wrong ?

Hi Toberts, you have to options here to solve your problem,

remove update KB980773 go to -- >Add/Remove programs, check “Show Updates” you will find KB980773 in .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 2

also you can update your vsphere client to 4.1.

remove update KB980773 go to -- >Add/Remove programs, check “Show Updates” you will find KB980773 in .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 2

also you can update your vsphere client to 4.1.

For my case, i would just use vSphere Client 4.1 and it would solve all such issues with .xml.

iDLE-jAM | VCP 2, VCP 3 & VCP 4
