Error installing virutal machines

Hi All,

I just a new ESX 4.1 server into our environment and I try to install a new virtual machine and I 'm getting this error:

Msg_Post: Error
mks| [msg.log.error.unrecoverable] VMware Remote Console unrecoverable error: (mks)
mks| Exception 0xc000008e  has occurred.
mks| [msg.panic.haveLog] A log file is available in "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp\vmware-Administrator\vmware-48300-mks-Administrator-50428.log".  [msg.panic.haveCore] A core file is available in "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\VMware\vmware-remotemks-50428.dmp".  [msg.panic.requestSupport.withLogAndCore] Please request support and include the contents of the log file and core file.  [msg.panic.requestSupport.vmSupport.windowsOrLinux.player]
mks| To collect data to submit to VMware support, run "vm-support".
mks| [msg.panic.response] We will respond on the basis of your support entitlement.

I try to install the center software in a virtual machine from my other ESX 3.0 server.

Can anyone help me to figure this out?

I found this:

http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=100232...

I try the solution but still not working.

Thanks

Johnny
