ESXi in UEFI mode

Hi

I need to install ESXi 5.x in UEFI mode.

Quite sure that my hardware supports UEFI.

But not sure about the steps though..Can anybody help me with the same.

There is no difference at all for UEFI boot. Its just the same how you boot through BIOS.

Steps:

1. Change the boot mode from BIOS to UEFI. (Steps will differ for different handware).

For a Dell machine this will look like : http://en.community.dell.com/cfs-file.ashx/__key/communityserver-blogs-components-weblogfiles/00-00-...

2. Mount the CD / connect the image.

3. Follow the instructions that appear on the screen, if you are performing a TEXT install, otherwise go for a scripted install.
