ESX upgrade from 5.5U1 to 5.5U3b custom image

Looking for updating  ibm blade center hosts from 5.5 U1 to U3b. Typically, I use the IBM Customized ISO as it will have all the relevant drivers that pertain to the blade center servers. DO i need to use Lenovo customized image now?.Any pointers please...

I would use the IBM image, check that it still supports your blades first though.
